Bismillah ar Rahman ar Rahim administrator Tawhid
The essential essence of the Islamic faith is expressed in the Arabic word "Tawheed". For Muslims the term represents the concept of the supreme and absolute oneness of Allah (God). This concept is supposedly common to all religions that claim to be monotheistic self (eg, Christianity and Judaism), but their poor understanding and implementation is very common.
The author of this little treatise, an analysis and an exhibition about the concept of Tawhid, which is the essence of Islam, and its position against: the "shirk", which literally means, associating someone with God's divinity (Putting something in the same level as God.) This concept may be similar in some ways, the Western concept of polytheism.
The "Shirk" may occur as a gradual process and innocent on the admiration of certain personalities who have distinguished themselves from ordinary people, then rising to a level of idols. This practice bypasses the innate predisposition of humans to worship ONE GOD AND SOVEREIGN.
it is necessary to understand both concepts because they are antagonistic and represent two opposite poles. The understanding of tawhid is central to our existence, while conscious or unconscious practice of Shirk is the worst sin a human can commit. This book takes on even more importance when considering the atheistic and materialistic bases living our societies today. It is known that more men are enslaved by their ideas and beliefs that their weapons and chains, many human behaviors, even highly educated and cultured people are under the influence of "Shirk". Due to lack of awareness of this important issue, it is necessary to put on notice of this danger to all around us.
The understanding of Tawheed provides security, peace and confidence to our lives, and that with this awareness, can be routed to our daily efforts to have a sublime benefit the cause of God.
All creation belongs to the Supreme Being and is for the pleasure of Him, you should take advantage of the understanding and practice of this book.

TRANSLATOR'S PREFACE
There is no doubt that paganism and polytheism Greco - Roman influenced the formulation of the doctrine of the Trinity (a triune God). This formulation was made Athanasius, a deacon of the church of Alexandria, more than 325 years after the departure of Jesus on the face of the Earth.
is very important to understand that Jesus was a true propagator of tawhid or monotheism, as we see in the following passages from the Bible itself:
In John 17:3 "And this is life eternal, that as you may know, the one true God. "
In Mark 12: 28-30 ...." asked him (Jesus): What is the first commandment of all?. And Jesus replied: "First of all the commandments is: Hear O Israel the Lord your God is One Lord ... "
In Mark 12:22" And the scribe said to him, Good Master, thou hast said the truth, for indeed there is one God, and no other like it .
There are many other Biblical passages that speak of the oneness of God.
If someone wants to stand still in the first Epistle of John 5:7-8, they know that this is part of Release " King James "authorized in 1611 by the" elite "clergy of those times, was made to satisfy political power alliances.
Readers will be surprised that this part (supposedly so essential): "Father, the Word and the Holy Spirit and these are three in one" does not exist in the Bible versions "Revised Standard, 1971 and 1952" and many more. Version: New American Standard Bible and New Translation of the Holy Scriptures (used by Jehovah's Witnesses) do not mention the Trinity.
In conclusion, the "famous" dogma of the Trinity is not Biblical, the word Trinity is not even mentioned in the Bible and never was a teaching of Jesus.

TAWHEED: The supreme and absolute oneness of Allah (GOD)
Tawheed is the essence of Islam and the origin of their faith all dogmas and beliefs of Islam are solidly linked to this foundation.
The Confession of Faith in Islam is to testify truthfully two testimonies:
- "La ilaha ilallah" which means "There is no deity, but Allah (God), and" an Rasululah MUHAMMAD " , which means Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.
The first witness expresses the concept of Tawhid, as the Sovereign and Absolute Oneness of Allah, and the second testimony is that Prophet Muhammad is the servant and messenger of Allah sent ( God.)
meaning of Tawheed
"Tawhid" means that no one quite worthy of worship except Allah (God). All beings should prostrate before Him in submission and adoration. Allah (God) is the sole and exclusive owner of all the Almighty. All creatures need of His grace and mercy, help and guidance.
The detailed concept of Tawhid is expressed in Chapter 112 of the Koran. It is called Al-Ikhlas or (the Pura Fe-Monotheism). "Say: He is Allah, the One. Allah, the Absolute Lord (whom they all go when needed). He has not begotten, nor was He begotten and there is none comparable unto Him "(112:1-4).
This chapter tells us in short sentences and understandable, about the nature and sublime qualities of Allah, at the same time it warns us about errors where people have fallen and people when they tried to understand its essence. It should be noted that the nature of Allah is so sublime, that is far from complete understanding of our limits, but at the same time, he is not part of merely an abstract philosophical concept, on the contrary, knowledge is always with us, and El owe all our existence.
Allah, Lord, Creator and Sustainer of the universe is the only being that we worship. All beings are creatures that have no comparison to Him as Allah (God) is eternal, without beginning or end. The absolute, not limited by time, place or circumstance. We should not think of him as father and son relationship, because it would put our concept of Allah and sublime nature in the context of human needs and constraints. Allah is not like a person or thing we know or can imagine. His nature and qualities are unique and unsurpassed.
According to the Koran, Allah is "Assam." This word is easily translated into Castilian because it has two implications: a.
- Means that absolute existence is attributed only to Allah;
all other existence is temporary, conditional and limited.
b. - That Allah does not depend on any person or thing, but all people and things depend on Him This concept negates the idea of \u200b\u200bgods or goddesses who eat, drink, quarrel, plot and gifts need to be adored .
To understand the concept of Tawheed in Surah Al-Ikhlaas, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) called this surah: "A third of the Koran." He advises Muslims to recite it frequently (reported in the collection of Al-Bukhari and Muslim).
The following verse very important the Koran, also emphasizes the concept of Tawheed: Allah, There is no deity but Him, the Alive, the Eternal., nor weariness, nor sleep overtake Him To Him belongs what is in the heavens and the earth. Who can intercede with Him except with your permission?.
know your past and future, while they do not encompass anything of His knowledge except what He wants. His throne extends over the heavens and on earth and their preservation does not tire Him. He is the Most High, Most Great. "(Qur'an 2:255).
This verse clarifies many misconceptions and superstitions about God and the universe through the story prevalent on many people and is part of many philosophies. According to the Koran is in contrast to the mistaken beliefs, all qualities of perfection and glory are attributed only to God and He alone is called Divine, He is above all human faults and weaknesses, and this is why the Prophet ( Peace and blessings be upon him) describes this verse as the largest in the Quran (Narrated in the collection of traditions of Ahmad and Tirmidhi).
In Islam, Allah is the One worthy recipient of worship, devotion, submission, authority and sovereignty. No one else reads it, he loves or is seeking help and shelter. Angels, prophets, right people and / or spiritual leaders do not share his divinity. Only Allah is the Creator, the Lord, the Sustainer, the Sovereign, the Almighty. All beings are his creatures, has no power except that granted by Him
ATTRIBUTES OF
Allah Allah is the most beautiful names or attributes, each name is descriptive of a perfect and supreme quality, it that you exclude any kind of flaw or weakness. It should be noted that the defects are only his creatures Allah is free from any imperfection.
"He says, implores and beseeches Allah Rahman (Merciful), then any attribute describes Supreme Himself. It has the most beautiful names. "Qur'an 17-110.
In another surah, the Qur'an says:" Allah is the most beautiful names then, call it by any of them "(Qur'an 7-180).
The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah is the 99 most beautiful names" (Narrated by Al-Bukhari).
Each of these names express His attributes in the highest degree, ie no one can match. These names are an essential part of the concept of "Tawhid", which flashes a purifying quality, which helps in understanding also about the mistaken beliefs, superstitions and diversions that many people can fall, even unconsciously, by lack of full understanding of these qualities of Allah.
is important to know the attributes or qualities of Allah, for his final revelation the Quran is full of them and many of its verses reach a harmonious conclusion mentioning His glorious attributes. These characteristics of Allah, sustain and give life to the concept of Tawhid and have a protective effect against what is called the "shirk". The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Truly there are 99 names of Allah. Whoever understands and (memorize), anger likely to paradise." (Narrated by Al-Bukhari).
A significant Jadiz says that this statement is very important for three reasons: First
: Because when you fully understand the names of Allah, it automatically means the concept of Tawheed in all its extension and will be alert to avoid any kind of partnership with God.
Second: We understand the need to shape your life in accordance with the meaning of Tawheed.
Third, this will help you understand the submission to the will of Allah in all aspects of your life.
"He is Allah, there is no God, is the knower the visible and invisible, He is the most Merciful "(Qur'an 59: 22).
" He is Allah, there is no God, the Sovereign, Source of peace, the Protector, the Guardian, the Majestic , the Almighty. Glory be to Allah! . Praise Him above all things associated with it. He is Allah, the Creator, Him belong the most beautiful qualities. Things in heaven and on earth is witnessing its power and glory. He is the all-knowing. "(Qur'an, 59:22 - 24).
" Say: If the entire sea were ink for writing the words of my Lord, surely, the sea would be exhausted before the words of praise to my Lord consumed. He says: "I am a man like you. The inspiration came to me because our God is one. And anyone hoping to find the Lord let him act with justice, without paying equal in His worship. Quran 18:109-110).
SOVEREIGNTY OF ALLAH
In Islam, Allah is not only the Deity worthy of worship, praise, guidance, shelter and help-seeking: He is also the only enacting laws, the Almighty, Sovereign and Owner everything.
believe in the sovereignty of Allah, is a fact is inseparable from the concept of Tawhid.
Belief requires no human being can order awarded rights of worship, the power of legislation, or exercise of totalitarian authority over others. Nobody is entitled to enact laws immutable, no one is obliged to obey. This right is only what Allah. He himself says: "The authority does not have none but Allah. The computer (you) do not surrender to anyone but Him, this is the right way" (Quran, 12:40).
"Do not say, what your tongues utter lies as <<>>, and invented a lie against Allah. Those who invent a lie against Allah will not be saved" (Quran 16:16).
"Those who do not abide by what Allah has revealed are unbelievers" (Qur'an 5:44).
These verses clearly teach that absolute sovereignty belongs to Allah alone, He is the ONLY can dictate laws and nobody else.
be feasible to assume that a prophet, would have a degree of authority on the subject, in Islam, however, even a prophet is deprived of the authority, said only that the Supreme Being ordered. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I did not say, except what is revealed to me" (Qur'an, 6:50).
"Not rather than a mortal whom Allah has given the Scriptures, go telling people <
These verses bring out the following points: First
.- any person, class or group, or even an entire nation claims the right to be worshiped as only you should worship Allah, all the rest are their subjects.
Second .- Allah is the only that can make laws, and consequently, the absolute authority to legislate. Believers must not exercise full independence in legislation or amend any laws that Allah has given you. This is true even if the general opinion to make such modifications in the divine law is unanimous.
This teaching of Tawheed is in complete contradiction with contemporary concepts of sovereignty, except that of Islam, today all ideologies agree on one point, they can send man to man, that man can invent other laws to be implemented.
In a world increasingly disoriented, these rulers or leaders dictators laws may be rulers, kings, priests, clerics, acetic, etc.. The Koran and says to them in the following verse: "They have taken as lords besides Allah, their priests, teachers and mediators (Quran 9:31).
The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him ) also explains how those who take their religious leaders as lords and gods.
Adiyyu bin Khatim, one day he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited the verse, "They have taken as lords, besides God, priests and mediators and replied, "no I adore them. "
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:" Certainly the spiritual leaders and mediators (saints) prohibit people what is allowed and what is permitted are prohibited and his followers to comply. This obedience (welcome), without objection is a form of worship. "(Narrated by Ahmad, Tirmidhi).
in secular ideologies, the sovereign or enacting laws is embodied in the" people "as a sovereign filled greatness. Following these people, blindly is a is a kind of polytheism.
In the language of the Koran is called sovereign those enactors of laws as "tagut."
TAGUT
The Arabic word "Tagut" is literally applied to all those who disobey or go to the limits imposed by God, the Qur'an uses this word to describe those who reveal themselves to Allah and self-proclaimed holy, sovereign people, masters, etc. This kind of person can be a king, a politician or religious leader or Satan himself. No one can be true follower Allah, but is aware that there are false gods (Tagut).
"Allah Subhanahu wa ta 'ala" (God is Sovereign and Almighty) said: "They have not seen those who claim to believe in what has been revealed to you and before you. Want to resort to arbitration by the (tagut), although it had been ordered to reject them. Satan would mislead them far astray (Quran 4:60).
"Allah is the protector of those who have Faith is the only one who can remove them from darkness to light, but for those who disbelieve, their masters are the Tagut (false gods), they take them out light and carried them into the darkness. These are the companions of eternal fire and there they wait. "(Qur'an, 2:256-257)."
And verily We have sent a message every town has proclaimed, "is to Allah and discharges false gods (Tagut). "(Quran 16:36)" and those who cast aside false gods (Tagut) "and not worship, it has become Allah repentant, there is good news for them" (Quran 39:17).
In short, Islam demands that believers not only accept Allah as the only being worthy of worship but also appeals to human consciousness to distinguish and discard the false gods. Allah sent prophets and messengers to proclaim and make known their sovereignty and His divine will.
One of the most important goals of the sincere believer in the oneness of Allah (God) is constantly fighting to get rid of all the false gods of the world and establish the Supreme and Absolute Sovereignty of Allah (Tawheed) in all its purity.
EFFECTS OF BELIEVING in Tawheed, or the sovereign and absolute oneness of Allah (God)
The effects on human life, believing in Tawheed are several: the more aware you are the person about the concept of Tawhid, the more blessings in your life will find it will achieve virtue, righteousness, modesty, and many other virtues, but apart from that you will also find the much desired peace and spiritual happiness for being in favor with the Lord . In the following lines will discuss some of these effects.
virtue and righteousness
1 .- The most important effect of believing in Tawheed, is to help us pursue virtue and righteousness in the daily actions. He who believes in the Supreme and Absolute Oneness of God is always convinced that Allah knows everything that is not concealed or hidden, for He is closer to his jugular vein. He knows that if he commits a sin, even in the most secret and in the darkest hour of the night, Allah will know it and even their thoughts and intentions - good, bad, will be known by the all-knowing, He that heareth: Allah.
A person's consent "Tawhid" knows that it is impossible to escape the view of Allah, therefore, to believe in this respect, makes a man afraid of his laws, avoiding what He has forbidden and carrying out what He has permitted. The performance will straighten although virtually no one who will observe, because the person knows that knowledge of Allah is always present.
Allah says in the Quran, "Whatever you do, we are witnesses of you from the beginning. Unto thy Lord is not passed unnoticed by the weight of an atom on earth or in heaven. There's nothing large or small that is not (classified) in a Clear Book. (Quran 10:61).
courage and patience
2 .- Another benefit to belief in Tawheed, is to give the faithful under adverse circumstances, the tenacity, courage and patience, well, grace and generosity grew. Faith in the Infinite Power of Allah, prints extraordinary comfort and peace of heart. Also adamant the eternal feeling of divine mercy.
In this world, the believer can find adversity, everything seemed to be against it, he could have exhausted the remedies available to you and adversity seem to make their own, but his faith and reliance in Allah never abandon him. It is with the force his faith that he continues to fight, just believe in one indivisible God (Allah) and any other form of divinity. There is another belief that you can offer as much firmness and confidence.
polytheists, atheists and all other unbelievers are always a limited force in times of trouble and are easily trapped in despair, while sometimes commit suicide. As Allah says: "But if evil befalls them as punishment for his works, there you have them desperate" (Quran 30:36).
"No man is tired of asking good, but, if ill, discouraged, he despairs" (Quran 41:49).
"... and do not despair of the Mercy of Allah, because only the disbelieving people despair of the mercy of Allah" (Qur'an, 12:87).
The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The reactions of a believer stand out: when you do well in their affairs, this will ingratiate himself with his Lord and thank you. If you have problems he shows resignation, acceptance and great patience, being worthy of a great reward Divine. " (Narrated by Muslim)
CONDUCT
3 .- "Tawhid" causes a person's belief that there is no other way to achieve triumphs and salvation except through the purity of soul and righteousness of conduct. That person has perfect faith in Allah, who is above all things, is absolutely right and no one has influence on the exercise of his divine advice. This belief is in him an awareness that unless properly live and act justly, he can not perceive even the scents of paradise.
contrast polytheists and all other unbelievers always live in a fantasy world, some of them believe that (Allah) had a son who paid for their sins, others think they are the favorites of God (Allah ) and will not be punished, others deceived by the belief that the saints intercede for them before Allah, while others still make offerings to their gods, hoping that through their bribes to get some indulgence for all its frivolity and bad deeds.
The false beliefs and pursuits of self-justifying, remains in sin and corruption, and people are neglecting their spiritual life and the obligation of trying to live decently before the eyes of the creator.
Allah says: "No one shall bear another's burden, and if one weighed down by his load calls for help to another, will not be provided assistance.
Although it is relative. You just must warn those who fear their Lord, and pray in secret. Who purifies himself actually to their advantage. Allah is the end of everything! (Quran, 35:18).
"Those who follow the straight path actually follows their own benefit, and who lost, in fact it is against it. No one to bear another's burden. We have never punished without being commanded by a messenger" (Quran, 17:15).
"guard yourselves against a day when one can not avail another, nor accept the intercession of others, neither compensation nor relief for anyone" (Koran, 2:48).
Men! Fear your Lord and fear a day when the parent can not meet his son, nor the son for his father What promises Allllllllllllláh true! The life of this world deceive you and the Deceiver deceive you about Allah "(Quran, 31:33).
Atheists do not believe there is a being whom Almighty accountable, they are considered independent act in any way they want, so their own stimuli and fantasies are their gods, and live as slaves to their personal desires and whims.
In this Allah says: "What do you think he has deified his passion?. Are you going to be your your protector?. Do you think that most hear or understand? There are just as lost sheep of the road (Quran 25:43-44).
"does not shy away to be with those who call on their Lord morning and evening, seeking to please: Do not take your eyes of them, desiring the adornment of the life of this world. Obey not him whose heart We have made unaware of Our remembrance, who follows his passion and driving defiantly! (Quran 18:28).
broaden understanding
4 .- A person aware of the concept of Tawhid, never close your mind, knows that his Master and Lord is the Maker of heaven and earth, He is the ruler of the universe. The person consents does not see anything in the world, strange likewise, he oversees the entire universe as belonging to the same Lord, who is due in full. He does not act by itself. His great people skills, love and sympathy, never remain confined has a single group or area, his vision is broad, his intellectual horizon is deep and optimism in life is to burst. "Allah opens his breast to Islam of those to whom He wants to lead. And close and press the chest of that is who He wills to send astray, as if they rise into the air. So Allah shows indignation against those who disbelieve" (Qur'an 6 125).
shirk (polytheism): ITS MEANING AND CLASS
To understand the idea of \u200b\u200btawhid, Supreme and Absolute Oneness of Allah (God) is also necessary to have knowledge of the opposite concept called "Shirk" which means the association, partnership of false gods at the same level as the true God. Perhaps the closest translation from the Arabic term Shirk in Romance languages \u200b\u200bis polytheism.
The Quran is full of verses concerning establishment of Tawheed and Shirk banish all possible ways.
COMPARING TO OTHER CREATURES WITH ALLAH (GOD)
Shirk or polytheism is the worst sin a human being can commit. Allah forgives all sins, except to be associated with the other deities. He says in the Quran: Allah does not forgive others try to match with Him but He forgives those who ask him for forgiveness for sins other than this. Which equates to others He has lost far, far away "(Qur'an, 4:116).
" who associates other gods with Allah is as if falling from the sky: the birds take him or the wind drag to a distant place "(Quran 22:31).
In the life of each prophet the most serious sin of his people was the sin of polytheism (Shirk). Atraves of the times we find that every prophet starts its mission calling people to believe in the "Tawheed" (Supreme and Absolute Oneness of God), and also call to eliminate "Shirk" (equal to other deities with Allah). In Surah Al-A'araf, chapter 7 of the Qur'an is a magnificent 5-count called prophets, Noah, Hud, Saleh, Shuaib and Moses. They call people in the same way "O my people! Worship only Allah, we have no other god but Him."
This shows the consistency and harmony of the call of all prophets, worship a single sovereign and supreme God, Allah.
Accepting the "Tawheed", eliminating polytheism and wakes up in the hearts the light of Tawhid. "
Elsewhere the Quran says: We certainly sent among the people a messenger (with authority). "Serve Allah and avoid tagut (false gods). Among those are the ones that Allah has guided, and some will inevitably be lost to themselves, look at and travel through the land, which has been seen to those who have down "(Quran 6:36).
must be noted that the "Tawheed" has always been the main objective of the mission of all prophets. Idolatry
AND ITS CAUSES
In the past the biggest diversion was the worship of statues, this evil prevails today in many societies. The Quran frequently condemns this kind of "shirk" severely and strongly denounces the absurdity posed by these practices.
On this issue, the Arabs called Allah ancient pagans, steeped in idol worship: "And you seem to - Lat, al-Uzza and another, Manat, the third?. Why you boys and for the females?. Would it be an unfair share?. They are but names which ye have named, ye and your ancestors to whom Allah has sent down no authority. They follow nothing but conjecture and the wickedness of your hearts, despite I already came from the Lord guide and direction. (Quran 53:19-23) These verses show
the divine attributes have been heroes, living or dead, and even prophets or fine men (saints) that whatever it might have been, they certainly were not gods.
Ibn Abbas was one of the most knowledgeable of the Koran, among the companions of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon Him). He explained the reasons for the worship of idols and the process by which they became his servants: "All the idols worshiped by the contemporaries of Noah (peace be upon him), were also worshipers after other peoples among whom were the Arab. The names (of idols), some pious men belonged to the people of Noah, and when they died, Satan inspired the men to place them as idols, in places they used to sit, later, called the names of those fine men. Those
original statues were placed as gods, but until those people died. None could remember the source of the idols, as a result, people began to give divine attributes, and later, to worship. (Saji Al - Bukhari), Vol 4, pp. 414-15. Historically
in ancient times of idolatry, when the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham), won by leading a worldwide movement towards Tawheed, constituting an important pillar to remember again and Absolute Sovereignty of Allah Unit. Through a very chilling plea for the construction of the Ka'aba, the Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him), put in grave danger warning and ill effects of idolatry. When praying said, "Oh my Lord, save this city!. And keeps my children and me from worshiping idols. Lord, have led to the fire of corruption many men! Whoever follows me will be mine. But whoever disobeys me ... You are Forgiving, Merciful "(Quran 14:35-36).
WORSHIP TO ASTROS
previously worshiped the sun, moon, stars and other celestial bodies are so far and they can not touch. The man of that time could not understand, seemed extremely powerful beings capable of producing the good or evil. The superstitious believe the stars and celestial bodies can influence the destiny of human beings, their religion is fruitless, they have no power, they are just creations of Allah and His signs, His servants.
Allah says in the Quran: "Among my signs are the night and day, and the sun and moon, or do not worship the sun or the moon, but we believe if Allah is he who want to serve "(Quran 41:37).
There is a beautiful story with the Quran on the thinking of the Prophet Ibrahim (Peace be upon Him), which concludes with the arrival in the eternal truth of Tawhid. "Ibrahim said to his father Azar: Are you going to take these idols for gods?. I see you and your people in a serious error."
"So we show Ibrahim the kingdom (the strength) of heaven and earth, to testify.
" When the night covered him, he saw the star and said: "This is my Lord." But when it went down, he said: "I do not love what is being put into the sunset." "And when he saw the moon in its glory:" This is my Lord. "But when hidden, he said:" Unless my Lord guide me, I probably would have been in the midst of those who follow the wrong path " .
"And when Ibrahim saw the dawn, he cried: This is my Lord, The Almighty. And when hidden exclaimed:" Oh my people!. I am innocent of all (you) associate as gods to Allah. I have given myself entirely to Him, and believe that heaven and earth, are part of nature, I am not of the idolaters. "
" His people argued with him. He said: "You argue with me about Allah, when he has guided me? I am not afraid of what you said about him. Unless my Lord wills it (nothing can happen). My Lord comprehends all things. You do not , be warned?. How I can trust you when you are not afraid to place equal to God?. Do not be grateful for His mercy?. Which of (us) two more entitled to the protection of Allah?. (Tell me) if you know. This is for those who believe and confuse not their beliefs are truly evil and insurance are not on the wrong track ".
" This is our argument (reasoned). And we gave it to Ibrahim to his people. We honor point by point to who we want. Your Lord is Omnipotent "(Quran 74:83).
WORSHIP ANGELS
There was a time when people believed that angels were the sons of Allah, and this, of course, was conjecture and superstition product of ignorance. Allah strongly condemns those who are fooled by these superstitions. The Qur'an in context, refers crack Arab paganism: "Have you had then your Lord preferences for their children and taken to the daughters among the angels?. Truly you've uttered the most incoherent words!" (Quran, 17:40).
"And they are female angels who are servants of Allah. Were themselves within their own creation? His evidence will be recorded and will be questioned! (" Ah! ") They say, if it was the wish of Allah, the merciful, we would not worshiped these false gods! "they have no knowledge of it. Just try to guess!. Did we have given them any scripture before this (Qur'an) for them to claim? No! They just say:" We found our fathers following a certain belief and we have been guided by their footprints "(Qur'an, 43: 19-22).
There were others who thought angels were intermediaries or intercessors between Allah and man: this is also erroneous belief, Allah says: "How many angels in the heavens whose intercession will avail nothing, unless Allah has given permission to whom He wills, to whom he pleases!. Those who disbelieve in the Hereafter put female names to angels. They have no knowledge. There are more than guesses, and these, compared to the truth, no use "(Qur'an 53: 26-28).
There are still people who imagine angels as beings of immense power that can do good or evil humans. The Qur'an explains this concept: "All that is in heaven and on earth prostrate before Allah: Everyone without pride, fear their Lord who is above them" (Qur'an, 16: 49 -50).
"They do not disobey Allah in what they are commanded and executed as they are commanded." (Qur'an, 66:6).
"The Messiah (Christ), never minimized be the servant of Allah, like the graceful angels. Whoever denies
their worship of Allah is an arrogant and Allaah will call his presence to respond. (Qur'an, 4:172). WORSHIP
the jinn (spirits)
Worship genies (spirits), is also a pagan practice that still prevails in many communities ignorant. The Quran has addressed this deviation as follows: Allah says: "And on the day that will bring together all the angels will say:" It was you that these men worship? "
" They will say: "Glory you. You are our protector and not them. But they worshiped genies (spirits), and many of them believed. Then on that day you will not have power over them, for good or evil. And we say to the wicked, "Taste then the punishment of fire desmintáis (Qur'an, 34:40-42).
" They have established a relationship between Him (Allah) and jinn (spirits), but the jinn know that they will appear. Glory to Allah, which is above what they attribute! "(Qur'an, 37:158-59).
" They ascribe as partners of the geniuses, even though He has created, and have alleged falsehoods attributing sons, daughters. Praise and glory be to Him in the heights, everything attributed to him. ".
" The creator of heaven and earth. As He might have a child, not needed for a consort. He created all things and is aware of everything. "
" That is Allah, your Lord. There is no other god but Him, the Creator of all things: then worship him and take care of everything. "
" The view is not enough but if it reaches the sight. He is subtle. He knows all things. "(Qur'an, 6:100-103).
The most common superstition about jinn (spirits) is that they are aware of the invisible world (al-ghayb), so could they affect the destiny of humanity. The Koran to hit that point too and has repudiated in the strongest terms. "We have adorned the lowest heaven with stars such as protection against rebellious devil. So the demons can not hear the Supreme Council, because everywhere are harassed, beaten back. They will have an everlasting punishment. (Qur'an, 37:6 - 9).
centuries before the revelation of the Quran, the story of Prophet Sulaiman (16) (Peace be upon Him), the geniuses were the object of many superstitions in the Qur'an, however, is clear that geniuses do not know nothing beyond. Allah says: "And when it collapsed, the jinn saw clearly that if they had known the unseen, they would tarried in the humiliating punishment. (Quran, 34-14).
devils among men treated in one way or another, to make alliances with demons from among the jinn, falsely thinking that will benefit each of these alliances. Allah says: "The day when He will gather them all <<¡Asamblea de genios ¿Habéis abusado de los hombres que fueron amigos de los genios?, dirán: <<¡Señor! unos hemos sacado provecho de otros y hemos llegado ya al término que Tú nos habías señalado >>. Say: <
WORSHIP THE EVIL SPIRITS
superstitious people also believe in all sorts of evil spirits. The pagan Arabs before time of the arrival of Islam, called on their spirits, Hama, Safar and Ghoul.
In all times and in all ages have been superstitious people, the Arabs before the time of Islam were not an exception in this regard.
An example of this was a spirit named Ghoul, who was a ghost, demon, who believed that sometimes took human form to impress upon those who go astray, causing both their own destruction.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) warned that any kind of relationship with evil spirits, as well as witchcraft and spiritualism were grave sins (Narrated in Al-Bukhari and Muslim).
Islam teaches that Allah, the Almighty, should not be mentioned along with evil spirits, because confidence in him, is the only true refuge for all kinds of fears, superstitions, dangers and evils.
The last two surahs (chapters) of the Quran assert this truth: the first one entitled Al - Falaq: "Say: <
I n the last chapter of the Quran called An - Nas (men), reads as follows: "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the God of men, the evil of the suggestion, which slips away, which implies, in the minds of men , is genius be man>> (Qur'an, 114:1-6). A true Muslim
only seeks the help of Allah, during their five daily prayers, asking God for guidance and help. Allah taught to pray: "Only to you adore. Only you ask for help. Lead us to the straight path ..." (Qur'an, 1:4-5).
SAINTS WORSHIP AND SPIRITUAL LEADERS
Some people sanctify or consecrate their spiritual leaders, prophets, saints and even pious and religious men. This is a kind of "shirk" (polytheism), that can lead their followers to believe they are closer to Allah and therefore his intercession would be easier. This is mere superstition, and Allah says: "The pure cult, is not only due to Allah?, People calling the saints and deceased people say <> -
Allah will judge between them concerning that wherein they disagree. Allah guides not such as false and insolent infidel. " (Qur'an, 39:3).
Elsewhere in the Qur'an, Allah says: "They take their rabbis and their monks and the Messiah son of Mary, as lords, instead of taking Allah, when the orders were received but serve One God. There is no god but He!, Glory to Him! that above what they associate. (Quran 9:31).
exaggerated admiration, reverence, subjection to masters, saints and acetic, is also a form of polytheism, that men have strayed, perhaps without realizing it. In Islam there is nothing infallible, the mere idea of \u200b\u200bconsidering the priestly order, as the exclusive and authorized system of understanding the divine secrets, it is totally wrong and baseless. Furthermore, these so-called saints, priests, teachers who supposedly intercede between God and man, go against all goodness and the grace of Allah, then he knows all, hears all, and is all-merciful, He does not need intercessors to know, hear and give us his mercy. Rejecting
then the notion of intercession and mediation between Allah and man, the Qur'an says: "Instead of serving Allah, serve what can not hurt them or make them well and say <
answer : <<>>.
When the name of Allah is mentioned, you press the heart of those who disbelieve in the afterlife, but when you mention other than He, behold, they rejoice. Tell them: <<>> (Qur'an 39: 43-46)
is of vital importance, which human beings distinguish the damage of polytheism in their lives. The false gods are simple objects that have no power to change the destination. Even prophets, saints, good people, have no power to intercede, except if God wills and permits.
WORSHIP OF THE PROPHETS
Prophets are people chosen by Allah, from among men, but according to the teachings of Islam, even the prophets have special power or authority to share the divinity of Allah, who says: "Before you did not send any Messenger that Us to him:" There is no god but I, therefore worship and serve "(Quran 21:25).
Say: "I am the first of the apostles. And do not know what will become of me, nor what shall become of you. I do but follow what I have found. I am only a plain warner>> (Qur'an 46:9).
There are also those men are considered sent as a kind of superhuman beings who do not eat, drink or walk the streets and should not marry or have kids. The Quran touches these points as follows: "Before you send no more than that sent food and walked in the markets. We have made some of you a test for others: if you have patience. Thy Lord is ever see. (Quran 25:20).
"We sent messengers before thee, and gave them wives and descendants. Any messenger, however, can bring a sign, but is by permission of Allah. Each season has its own writing. "(Qur'an 13:38).
Other people have the idea that prophets are more than men, they must have some kind of supernatural power, with which they can perform miracles for their own power . All these notions are wrong and emphatically clarified by the Qur'an: When they came the prophets to admonish with clear evidence in their people said: Is that going to lead us mortals? they disbelieved and turned them back. But Allah did not need them . He was just himself, is worthy of all praise "(Quran 64:6).
And they say: "I do not believe in you until we do sprout a spring in the land, or you have a garden with palm trees and vineyards, including sprout flowing streams. Maybe if you did the sky fall, or bring us your support to Allah and the angels, or you have a magnificent house, or you soar in the air. But we will not believe your elevation until we do lose a "Scripture" that we read. "Say:" Glory to my Lord! Not me but a mortal, a messenger. "Has not prevented people from believing when the guidance came to them but have said? A Allah sent a mortal as a messenger?" (Quran 17:90-94). Idolatry
IN THE TOMBS
is not correct to approach the graves of the people (for more virtuous and good that has been) to try to achieve direct access to God. Whether these people have been living loved ones, heroes, religious leaders, etc. and therefore attempt to justify the praise and exaltation in their graves. Many people make pictures and statues of prophets, saints and monks. Even become the graves of these men of religion in places of worship, they ask for help, refuge and salvation. This is totally wrong, because all that must be addressed only to the Almighty Allah.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) warned his followers about the serious implications to worship the dead or ask for intercession in the tombs. Ayisha
and Abdullaah (may Allaah be pleased with them) said: "When the Messenger of Allah
(peace and blessings be upon Him) was due to give his last breath, covered his face with his sheet, but when it was discovered he was exhausted and Matisse said: "There's a curse on the Jews and Christians, because they have taken the graves of their Prophets as places of worship." (Al-Bukhari and Muslim).
"Ayisha - Wife of the Prophet - said: Umm Habiba and Umm Salama mentioned to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), a church they had seen in Abyssinia (Ethiopia) and I had pictures in it. The Messenger of Allah (Peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a pious person among them dies, they build a place of worship at his grave and carve the images in it, these people are the most unhappy creatures on the Day of Judgement. " (Muslim).
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once explained as "Shirk (polytheism) developed gradually: it started with good intentions, for n the construction of a house of worship instead of the grave of a pious man (saint), gradually, people began to see the godly man as a teacher, then a leader, a saint and then finally a demigod and they later raised up to god, this was obviously weakened the belief of true monotheism (Tawheed).
The pictures and images of saints are placed in temples to preserve the sacred memory, but over time people began to prostrate before them in worship, this is idolatry, this is polytheism.
Ayisha (the wife of the Prophet) said: "If not, the Prophet's tomb had been taken, as a place of worship." (Narrated by Muslim).
Another mistake is the exaggerated exaltation and cheering people, their gradual evolution, become teachers, saints, and then move to the state, children of God and God Himself.
Islam strongly forbids any kind of deviations (BI'DA) innovations in the act of worship to Allah, since they only lead to idolatry and polytheism. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not praise me as the Christians praised the son of Mary. I am only the Messenger of Allah" (Narrated in the collection of Al-Bukhari).
These were some of the precautions that Islam has taken to protect the basic essence of the monotheistic creed.
It is therefore an important responsibility of every Muslim to prohibit all forms of praise, admiration, exaggerated claims, which tend to pass an appropriate limit (of humans), for later forget the primary responsibility for worship one, absolute and sovereign God.
